Sambal Ikan Bilis is a home-cooked specialty originating from Malaysia, where sambal (a chilli paste blended with spices, shallots, candlenuts and often belachan/fermented shrimp paste) is a staple. Made from first-grade anchovies, Woh Hup Sambal Chilli Paste enhances dishes with its rich, flavourful aroma and taste. Best served as a dip, spread or with plain white or coconut-infused rice (Nasi Lemak).
